The days are heating up, the nights have gotten longer, and it's time to really take advantage of our Farmer's Markets for fresh fruits, vegetables, and local fare. We're coming off a lovely spring spending our Saturdays in workshops with some of you: learning traditional craft techniques, getting in touch with ourselves through the breath, and practicing the science + art of healthy food choices.
