Creating with Clay: Ceramics with Jennifer Cheung | Mar 17

Working with our hands is a distinctly human and affirming experience. In the spirit of coming together to make and share, ceramist Jennifer Cheung has invited us to her home-studio in Pasadena to get our hands dirty! She'll teach us methods and techniques for pinch pot and slab work, including making a handle, shaping foot rings, and decorating the surface of your work with stamping and carving. You'll pick glaze colors, and your pieces will be fired and glazed post-class, then mailed to you. Students in Jen's first class each completed three to five projects.

We'll supply materials and tools, but bring an apron and be sure to wear clothes that can get a bit messy! A light lunch, beverages, and great conversation are included!

Workshop is Saturday afternoon from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Address in Pasadena will be sent a week before the event.

PLEASE READ THE DISCLAIMER HERE. No refunds will be honored within 24 hours of the beginning of the workshop.
